• Cryptocurrency transactions that fail, contain errors, or are lost due to incorrect wallet addresses, wrong network selection (BEP20 / TRC20), or improper handling by the user.
• Loss of account access, passwords, or assets caused by the user's failure to secure personal information, digital wallets, or login OTPs.
• Any loss or impact resulting from cryptocurrency price fluctuations, blockchain network incidents, or changes in third-party exchange policies.

3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC)
