Purchases, Cancellations, and Refunds

We accept payments via bank transfer and USDT (Tether). Users may choose their preferred payment method and complete the transaction following the instructions provided on the DailyOTP platform. However, we reserve the full right to modify, add, or remove any payment methods at any time without prior notice, in order to maintain flexibility and ensure transaction security.

In the event of such changes, previously supported payment methods may be suspended or replaced with new options deemed more suitable.

Payment Responsibility

DailyOTP is not responsible for payments made to incorrect accounts, wrong recipients, or to any third parties, websites, or entities impersonating DailyOTP. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify payment details before completing any transaction.

Furthermore, DailyOTP reserves the right to temporarily suspend, adjust, or modify service prices, payment methods, or usage conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to system maintenance, business policy updates, or compliance with new legal regulations.

Service Cancellation

Service cancellation is entirely at the discretion of the user, except in cases where the user's account has been terminated or banned due to violation of terms or misuse of the service.

If a user experiences any issues, technical errors, or service-related problems, they are required to contact our support team in writing, providing a detailed description of the issue and relevant evidence for prompt assistance.

Refund Policy

DailyOTP reserves the right to refuse refunds for any reason deemed appropriate, including but not limited to:

  • Abuse, fraudulent behavior, or misuse of the service.
  • Violation of DailyOTP's Terms and Conditions.
  • Improper or unauthorized use of the platform that affects system stability or security.

Multiple Payments and Waiver

If the user makes multiple payments or additional deposits through their DailyOTP account, or uses credit/debit/prepaid/gift cards associated with previous transactions, the user explicitly agrees to waive the right to request a refund, dispute, or chargeback for any past transactions.

By using our services and completing payment, you acknowledge and accept all of the above terms, and you expressly waive any right to file a claim, demand reimbursement, or raise a dispute concerning previous transactions.
