By registering to become an official agent or business partner of DailyOTP, you acknowledge and agree to fully comply with all terms, conditions, and policies described herein. Your continued participation constitutes explicit consent to the rules and responsibilities outlined in this document.

• Each partner, agent, or user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, passwords, and personal USDT wallet.
• Users must never share their login credentials or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party, including individuals claiming to be DailyOTP employees.
• If a user's information is compromised due to negligence or misuse, DailyOTP shall bear no responsibility for any resulting losses and will not issue refunds or reverse affected transactions.
• Any unauthorized access attempts, system intrusions, or exploitation of another user's account will be treated as a criminal violation and reported to law enforcement authorities as required by law.

VII. General Terms and Policy Enforcement

• By continuing to use DailyOTP services or participating in the Agency Program after policy updates, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all revised terms.
• In all circumstances, the version published on the DailyOTP official website shall be considered the most recent and legally binding version.

VIII. KYC / AML Policy (Anti-Money Laundering & Identity Verification)

To comply with anti-money laundering laws and ensure transaction safety, DailyOTP reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification from users or agents under the following circumstances:

• Adhering to the E-commerce Law, Cybersecurity Law, and all relevant telecommunications regulations;
• Ensuring data privacy, service transparency, and the lawful protection of user rights in every transaction.

DailyOTP strictly complies with all current legal provisions. Users are fully responsible for their actions and the intended purposes of using the platform's services. Upon request from competent authorities, DailyOTP will cooperate and provide relevant information in accordance with the law.
